Welcome To The Wall Of Accents

Happy weekend!

I hope you’re good? I’m fine here and excited about the weekend for no reason. Does that happen to you? Well, it happens to me every weekend or so.

First of all, how do you like the new look of the site? I just started working on it. I hope you like it. Is there anything you think I should fix? Please let me know.

Without wasting your time, let me introduce you to something new. It’s called the Wall of Accents. It’s a community of writers, readers and awesome people on Facebook. It’s a page created just to share engaging Facebook posts. I don’t know the type of friends you have on Facebook but on mine, I have talented, amazing, opinionated, inspiring and hilarious people. I can spend hours on my wall on Facebook just poring over posts, liking, sharing and commenting.

I would like to introduce you to the people behind these posts, and also like you to be part of it. I generally believe that you’re all on Facebook and thus, it would be easy for you to connect to the Wall of Accents. But I’m not just going to leave you on your own, I’ll make it easy by giving you daily feeds from there. By using a simple plugin that connects this blog to the page, you’ll be able to see what is going on there everyday.

We’ll have our first posts on Monday and I know it’ll be up to a slow start but I’m very certain that it’ll turn out great when we all get the hang of it.

So, I’ll need you to do me a favor and like the page. Click the share button as well and invite your friends to like it.

The main reason I’m inviting to you guys is because you are the most active group of readers I’ve met online. I have bragged about you already on Facebook, so don’t fall my hand. Most of the people whose work I’ll be sharing are upcoming writers. They need your support. Be expressive. Don’t kiss ass. Tell it as it is. That’s why I love you guys. Comment as it is doing you.

The inbox is open and you can send me posts to have me put them on the page. I’ll be glad to share.

Thank you muchos!

    • Sally

      Almost died from waiting…
      LOL! Thanks, Vikki

    • Sally

You ehn! I don’t know what I’ll do without you here
      Thanks my dear

  5. Madam Sally herself, been a while on here… but still good contents as usual. I prefer the initial look, we could update, bit so not this. Its kinda confusing, too much things and colours.

    • Sally

Awww, I’m sorry you feel that way about the theme. Maybe it’s because you haven’t been here in a while. You should catch up and get used to it. I sincerely have no intention of changing it because I love it. I just wanted suggestions on improving it. The other theme was three years old. We needed a change around here.
      Welcome back

  6. Hi, Sally. How u doing? For me, I prefer the old look. Thanks for ur amazing stories

    • Sally

      I’m doing great, Zee
      Thank you

  7. Naaa, i prefer this one. It beat the other hands down. Very mature. the other was too colorful. i came here on thursday, looking for ‘Girls’ and when i saw it, I really liked it. Well done, sally
you must have paid much for this premium theme

    • Sally

Seems you know a thing or two about website and stuff. Yes, it’s a premium theme.
Thanks for the kind words. Glad you like it

  8. Na wa for some people. how does the new theme affect what you’re reading? do you go to somebody’s house and tell them you prefer the old decoration and this one is clumsy? is it because she asked that you’ll come and be talking anyhow? do you know how much it takes to run website?
sorry sally for me sounding like this but i had a very bad day, came here looking for dark berry but saw novocain saturday. my mood was gone after i read it only for me to come and see this comments here and my mood is back. how can you call somebody’s hardwork clumsy. you’re even nice sally, you shoudve not asked, let anybody like it or hate it, who cares. they all come here for free story

    • Sally

Lol! Tee, it’s okay. Your comment cracks me up but seriously, it’s fine. I understand that people are used to the old look and this came with no warning and looks nothing like that one. It will take some getting used to. Like I stated above, I have no intention of changing it. It’s here to stay but please, let’s not make an issue out of it. It’s just people expressing their opinions.
I appreciate you speaking for me.
I hope you’re in a much better mood now?

Yes Sally! I love this new theme, I noticed it last week, and it was a pleasant surprise. I don’t know what theme the other people are seeing, but this one is way brighter. Easy to navigate too. It is Buhari that has made people skeptical about change

  10. Hi Sally. Been a while. I love the new theme, it’s easy and pleasing to the eye Well done girl. Off to Facebook.
