The old things have passed away…
-2nd Corinthians 5
βYou have no idea who this person is?β Papa twirled a gold-plated Mont Blanc pen around his fingers, an expression of annoyance resting on his face.
βNo,β Love responded to his question concerning the video she had just shown him and Leye. They were in Papaβs home office. Najib was also present. Love was having a lunch of cheese and macaroni, cooked by Asher.
βThis is good,β she commented. βYummy.β
The duo of her husband and father-in-law looked at her. They both found it weird that she was not perturbed by the video or the fact that someone was after her. But then, she was Loveth. A different breed of female.
βYouβre not bothered by this?β Leye asked.
βBothered?β Love responded after a delay of three seconds, when it occurred to her that his question had been directed at her. βWhy should I be bothered when I have you three taking care of me?β
βOf course, weβll handle this,β Papa assured.
βBut you have no idea who sent it?β
βNo, Jeremiah. Clearly, itβs the same person that killed them.β
βWhat if somebody else found out about the affair and was recording it and witnessed the murders and now wants to extort you?β Najib theorized.
βItβs possible,β Papa agreed.
βBut he or she said I was not the target.β
βIβm thinking it could be Jenewariβs wife,β Leye mentioned. βShe may be the target. Sheβs rich.β
βYou have a point.β
βCould you call and ask her if sheβs been contacted as well?β
βSure.β
βIβll call an investigator,β Papa said rising up. Najib, you will work together with him. We have to find out who is doing this.β
βYes, Papa.β
βYou may leave.β
Najib made his exit. Papa walked to Love. βHow is the little one doing?β
βGood.β
He gave her shoulder a rub. βYouβre sure you donβt want to see someone? A therapist, maybe? That was some disturbing footage we just watched.β
βNo, Iβm good.β
βYouβre sure?β
βYes, daddy. But seriously, Asherβs such an awesome cook!β
βIt runs in the blood,β Leye responded.
βOmoleye?β Papa called.
βSir?β
βLetβs take a walk.β
Out on the long stretch of tarmac than ran through the estate the Omotoshos lived in, Papa and Leye took a lazy stroll under a sunless sky. They were both dressed in shorts and t-shirts. Anyone passing by could easily tell they were father and son.
βI heard youβll be speaking tomorrow in church, after I do?β Papa asked as they took the road that went further into the estate.
βYes, sir.β
βIβd like to ask that you donβt.β
βI have to. I need to explain that you werenβtβ responsible for Asherβs disappearance.β
βI appreciate that youβd do that, but you donβt have to. Itβs time you stopped being responsible for my actions.β
βDadβ¦β
Papa stopped, forcing Leye to stop as well. Papa held his sonβs eyes. βI was a reckless father, and you stepped in and made decisions for me to protect my name, the church and the family. And you didnβt have to. My actions created this wedge between us, son, and I wish I could go back and undo everything. You grew up too fast and took upon yourself burdens that were too big for you to handle. I am sorry β for all you went through, for all you saw your mother go through.β
Leye continued walking. Papa followed him. The pace had increased. Leye was courting a frown on his face.
βWe had a bad marriage, your mom and I, but I will not stand on that pulpit tomorrow to blame her, or let you take the blame for all I did. I could have fixed my marriage with a little more love and patience. I should have. But I didnβt, and everyone got hurt. Itβs sad that it had to take a death threat for me to wake up. But Iβm glad for that heart attack. Iβm also glad I got another chance to make up for my mistakes. Please, let me right them all.β
Leye stopped again. He looked like he might say something but he didnβt.
βThank you for being the head of the home all these years,β Papa went on. βIβm humbled and proud at the same time, to say that youβre a better man than Iβll ever be.β
βYou know why most pastorsβ kids turn away from the faith?β
βI have a theory.β
βHypocrisy from their parents. Double standards. Pressure from the church members to live perfect lives because everyone assumes their parents are perfect. And in the midst of this, no one asks them what they want, who they desire to be. Everyone assumes the anointing runs in the veins. No one knows half of what they go through. That was my life, dad. I faced the heat outside, and inside, there was no comfort. I left the faith to find my own happiness, but I was drawn back to come and clean up your mess.β
βItβs time for you to stop. Let me be your father, Omoleye. Be my son again. Stop holding on to the past. Iβve let go.β
Leye pushed his hands into the pockets of his khakis. βYou have a lot of catching up to do, old man. A lot of explanation.β
βI know.β
Leye hit the road again. βFor starters, why do you like them young?β
Papa laughed, recalling Asherβs question which ran along the same lines. Both brothers were alike, poles apart from their sisters who revered him and hardly questioned anything he did or said. Papa knew Leye was going to make things difficult for him, but he was also certain that the bridge was finally being mended.
After a short tour around the estate, they returned to the house. Love had gone home and Asher was alone, organizing his bedroom. Earlier, he and Papa had visited Imaan to officially inform her that he was moving out of hers to Papaβs. The woman had cried, explaining to Papa how much of a son Asher was to her. He was the only one allowed to call her βmommyβ. The longest residing child in the orphanage. He had lived in her personal quarters from his teenage years. Letting him go was a painful affair for her.
βIβm still here, mom,β he assured her. βIβll see you every weekend.β
βSo they say,β Imaan replied with a playful frown, βand then you donβt hear from them again.β
Asher hugged her. βYou know I wonβt do that to you.β
βCall me. Always.β
Upon leaving, Papa handed Imaan an envelope containing a check. When she took a peep and saw how much the orphanage had been gifted, her jaw fell.
βThank you, George.β
βItβs the least I can do.β
Her face went warm with recollection. βIf there was anything Moji never stopped loving about you, it was your generosity. She said you had a good heart beneath the rubbles.β
Papa didnβt like the memory of Moji being dredged up. It always left a hole in his heart.
βHave a lovely day, Imaan.β
On their way home, Asher asked about Moji.
βNothing you need to know, son. Iβd rather talk about your biological mother. Ready to meet her?β
Asher answered in the affirmative but as the hours passed, he became increasingly unsure about meeting Phoebe. At the moment, he explained to Papa that he wasnβt ready.
βA lot has happened since yesterday. My head is still spinning from everything. You think that maybe we could wait until after church tomorrow?β he requested, taking out a pile of novels from a carton beside his bed to a reading table.
βWe should get you a bookshelf,β Papa commented as he entered the bedroom.
βWe would love to wait until tomorrow, Ash,β Leye stated. βBut your momβ¦sheβs unpredictable.β
βVolatile, you mean?β
βShe might just go online with another interview. Or if she hears that youβre with us and we didnβt contact herβ¦β
βI understand.β
βYouβre nervous?β
Asher leaned on the table. βWhat if I donβt like her?β
Papa turned. βSheβs your mother. You have to like her.β
βBut nobody seems to like her.β
βYou will like her, Asher,β Papa repeated firmly. βWhat kind of car do you want? Or would you rather have a grand piano.β
Leye smiled and whispered to Asher. βHe fusses a lot. Get used to it.β
Leye went downstairs and waited in the living room. He had few Saturdays like this which left him loafing about. Even his back to back lectures at the Lagos Business School had been canceled for the day. It would have been a perfect evening to spend in some hotel suite with Love, away from the stress, pampered by luxury.
But he had to accompany Papa and Asher to Phoebeβs, on Papaβs request. His presence wasnβt needed at the meeting but Papa had insisted. All Leye was concerned about was to see an end to the drama. He was also seeking ways to lessen the workload his wife heaped on herself daily. He was going to get her an assistant administrator. She would object, but he would be firm on his decision. He was scared of losing a second unborn child. He wasnβt sure if he would be able to handle another loss.
The sounds of Asher and Papa laughing as they came down the stairs pulled him away from the content that had taken his attention on the internet. He led the way out. Papaβs chauffeur in his efficient manner was ready for them. They got into the waiting SUV and journeyed to Phoebeβs. She hadnβt been told what the visit was about. Hence when she came to answer the door, wearing a scowl that matched the dull-colored top and sweater she had on, she came with an attitude.
βIβm not going back online to retract what I said,β she declared, turning away from them without a greeting. βYou can start leaving if thatβs why youβre here.β
βA wonderful evening to you too, Phoebe,β Papa responded.
She turned. βHow may I help you?β Her manner slowed when she spotted Asher. She kept her stare on him a little longer and then faced Papa again.
βMay we sit?β he asked.
βGo ahead.β
The three men sat on a long settee in the tight living room. Long legs were drawn up to avoid hitting the center table. Phoebe threw another curious stare at Asher.
βPhoebe,β Papa spoke, βwhen I told you I knew nothing about our son, I wasnβt lying.β
βGeorge, pleaseβ¦β
βLet me finish. I knew nothing. And your suspicions about him being taken away from you by the persons mentioned in your great reveal online were true. I only got to find out about him yesterday when the truth was disclosed to me by Leye.β
Papa paused. He was expecting a reaction from her, but she was silent, eyes still on Asher.
βOur son is alive. I met him just yesterday, and yes, heβs the one youβre staring at right now.β
Phoebe gasped in a slow manner, hand to her chest.
βPhoebe, meet your son, Asher. Asher, your mother.β
Asher stood out of respect and presented an awkward pose. He seemed unsure of what to do. But Phoebe was on her feet as well, taking dawdling steps towards him, as if she was scared that he would disappear if she walked faster.
When she was standing at just a breathing distance from him, she began to murmur speechlessly.
βAshβ¦ Asher?β she finally said. βThatβs your name?β
βYes, ma.β
βIt means laughter.β Her face broke into a smile that creased her eyes and forced tears down her cheeks. She held his face. βYouβre so handsome and perfect. So wonderfully made.β
She went speechless again, pulling her sweater over her face to sob into it. Asher drew her in for a hug. He gave her comforting back rubs as she cried. But she broke away abruptly and went to Papa.
βIβm so sorry. Iβm truly sorry. Please, forgive me.β She began falling to her knees before him but Leye picked her up.
βNo need to apologize, Phoebe,β Papa replied. βYou did what anyone would do. It was malicious but very human.β
βIf you want me to go online again and sayββ
βThat wonβt be necessary,β Leye cut in.
βYouβre sure?β
βWeβre good.β
βOnce more, Iβm sorry.β
She gave Asher her attention again. βThis is the happiest day of my life, baby boy.β
βBaby boy?β Asher laughed.
βYes nau. Youβre my baby.β She dusted something imaginary off the sleeve of his shirt. βI may not be as rich as your dad but Iβll take care of you really well. Iβve saved up some good money for you. Weβll be best of friends. Wonβt we?β
βYes, mom.β
βIβm soooo happy. Iβve imagined this moment many, many times. I said I would jump for joy, sing, danceβ¦ But youβre here now and Iβm too overwhelmed to say or do anything. Iβm gathering momentum, I guess.β
Asher sniggered.
βMy darling boy.β She brought his hands together and kissed them one after the other. βGod is being so good to me right now. Lord Jesus, thank you. I donβt know what to say.β
Asher was also at a loss for words. He remained awkwardly standing. She embraced him again, resting her head on his chest, and from a broken voice she began to sing.
Papa sighed and said to Leye in a low tone. βThis is going to take a while.β He stood up. βEmβ¦ Phoebe?β
Asher shook his head at him censoriously.
βOkay, then. Iβll be waiting in the car,β he whispered.
He made his exit, but just as he crossed the street to get to his SUV, Phoebe came running after him.
βCan Asher come and stay with me for a while?β
βAnd if I say no, youβll go online and grant another interview?β
βGeorgeβ¦β Phoebe pushed wisps of her weave off her face. βYou probably hate me.β
βI was just making a joke. Asher is an adult. He can decide to do as he pleases, but God help you, Phoebe, that you poison his mind against me. I will unleash my wrath on you.β
βIt wonβt come to that.β
βYou have everything you want now. Leave me, BCC and my family alone.β
βI will. Thank you, again.β
βI did nothing but bring him to you.β
βNo, thank you for the most amazing chapter in my life.β She went doe-eyed, giving him a look that took him years back to when they had a thing. βEven though it ended abruptly and sadly. Thank you for giving me an amazing son.β
βYou have to close that chapter, Phoebe. Let go of the past. I already have. Stop being the woman who can lift up holy hands in church on Sunday and backstab on Monday. The saint to sinner and back to saint thing again will destroy you. Asher has come to restore your laughter and all the years lost. Hold on to him with all your heart.β
βI will.β
βGood. Have a lovely evening. Please, tell them Iβm waiting in the car.β
Phoebe returned to the house and Papa sat in the backseat of the SUV, waiting for his sons. They joined him after a short while, Leye sitting behind and Asher in the front passenger seat, holding a pink teddy.
βShe gave you that?β Papa asked.
Asher responded with laughter. βShe said sheβs had it since she was pregnant with me. She thought I was going to be a girl.β
The vehicle went into motion.
βSo, are you still wondering if youβll like her?β
βI do. Weirdly. Sheβsβ¦different.β
βI concur,β Papa said.
βShe invited me for lunch tomorrow.β
βYou should buy something for her. Your mom has been without love or family for a long time. She needs you.β
βYes, sir.β
Leye lowered his head in the direction of Papaβs ear. βAlice is under the weather. The whole Phoebe thing has gotten to her. Wemi called. She couldnβt reach your line. The ex-wife of one of Aliceβs former lovers exposed details of their affair on Instagram and one of the big blogs shared the story.β
βGood Lord.β Papa lifted his head and gave his chauffeur instructions to take them to Aliceβs home. He returned to Leye. βCall up the lawyer. He should file a libel suit against the blog.β
βThey werenβt the only ones that published the piece.β
βEvery blog then. All of them. I donβt care about anything they wrote on me. But everything on Alice must be brought down and whoever wrote it, including their webmasters, sued.β
βSure thing.β
Papa turned grim-faced. Alice was more valuable to him than he let on. He was upset with himself for putting her in the line of fire. She had a weakness when it came to situations like this. Her reputation was golden. Having worked hard to erase her past, she had done a good job of creating a personality many young people looked up to. She was virtuous and honest, and viewed life only through the lens of right and wrong, black and white. There were hardly any grey areas for Alice, and it was one of the reasons Papa loved her. She was his moral compass. The thirty-three year difference between them never stopped her from putting him straight whenever he erred. She was invaluable to him, which was why it angered him that her name was splashed all over the news.
When they arrived at her apartment, he walked in alone, instructing the chauffeur to leave with his sons. He found Tara washing her clothes outside. She abandoned the activity and curtsied before him.
He gave a half smile and sauntered in. The scent of Aliceβs unique perfume welcomed him as he walked towards her bedroom. The door was open. He knocked and went in. Alice was in the company of Wemimo and some other woman whom he immediately identified as a nurse. She had just pulled out a digital thermometer from Aliceβs mouth before Alice bent over to vomit in a bucket held in front of her by Wemimo.
βGood evening, Papa,β Wemimo greeted.
βHello, Wemi.β
βGood evening, sir,β the nurse threw a look his way. Papa nodded.
βHow is she doing?β
βItβs malaria,β Wemimo answered. βAnd sheβs not been able to put anything down. She just threw up the drugs and food she took.β
βHer temperature is rising,β the nurse revealed. βAlice I have to give you injection o. At least, to lower this fever.β
Alice protested with a groan. Papa was amused. He knew Alice was scared of needles.
βNurse, is there no other way you can lower the fever ni?β Wemimo asked. βBecause weβll enter drama now with this injection thing.β
βShe has to take it.β
βI donβt want to,β Alice griped.
βYou have to.β
Wemimo took the bucket to the bathroom.
βSir, can you give us a minute, please?β the nurse requested politely.
Papa retreated to the living room where he made a phone call to the family lawyer to confirm if Leye had reached him. The answer he got was favorable. Emails would soon be sent to the webmasters of all the blogs with warnings over possible libel suits if the publications about Alice werenβt taken down.
βKeep me updated,β Papa instructed and hung up. Waiting outside Aliceβs door was Wemimo. Papa looked at her inquiringly. The last time she was this close to him, she was making a foolish attempt at seduction by stripping for him.
βAlice is losing her mind,β Wemimo revealed. βIβm glad youβre here. Please, talk some sense into her, Papa.β
βWhat do you mean by sheβs losing her mind?β
βWhen you go in and meet her youβll understand what I mean.β
Wemimo left his presence at the same time the nurse emerged from the room.
βYou can go in now, sir.β
βWill she be able to eat or take her drugs?β
βYes. Soon.β
βThank you.β
βYouβre welcome, sir.β
Papa knocked on Aliceβs door. He got no answer but went in. He heard the shower running. He sat on her bed. The room was in all ways feminine and cozy. It conveyed a sense of softness and nuance. It was a boudoir of pink and black, with scalloped bedding, tasseled pillows and an asymmetrical chaise at the foot of the bed that conveyed Aliceβs distinct way of being understated, yet chic.
The bathroom door opened and Alice emerged, body covered in a towel.
βYouβre a sight for sore eyes,β she said, as if just seeing him. He went to her, putting his arms around her. βWhat are you doing here?β she asked.
βWemi called.β
βI told her not to tell anyone.β
βYou wanted to hide this from me?β
βIβll feel better in a bit.β
She walked to her closet to get a nightshirt which she slipped into. Afterwards, she sat on the bed. Papa sat with her.
βHow are you doing?β
She shook her head. βTerribly.β
He put one leg up on the bed, bending it by the knee. βLook at me.β
She turned. A sad gaze met him.
βDuchessβ¦β
He touched her cheek, running his finger down and then gently pulling her face to his.
βEverything will be over soon. Iβm sorry you have to go through this,β he spoke, lips over hers. She kissed him softly. Her mouth was warmer than normal, as was her skin.
βYou should rest.β
She kept her face on his.
βI canβt do this, George,β she said.
βYou can.β
βI meant us. I canβt continue.β
Papa broke the connection, moving away slowly. βBecause of whatβs happening?β
βGeorge, the whole world thinks weβre fornicating.β
βNo. The whole world does not think that. And once I announce our engagement tomorrow…β
βIt wonβt change anything.β
βIt will, but who cares about what people think is going on here, Alice? What we have is between us alone.β
βI care what people think.β She carried an edgy tone. βJust go online and type in Alice Monoyo and see what comes out. How about the teenagers and single sisters Iβve been coaching? You think theyβll believe I havenβt been sleeping with you for three years?β
βWe are getting married, Alice. That should be all that matters.β
βMarriage wonβt change anything.β In frustration, she moved away from him, pulling herself into the bed. βNo one would believe we love each other. Iβll still be seen as the gold digger that married an older man for his money. I donβt want to carry that label on my head, George.β
βDonβt carry it, then. Duchess, my God! You have to grow up. Have a tough skin. A little squall blows and you fall like this?β
βThis is more than a little squall, George.β
βBecause you are making it so. Nobodyβs opinion should matter but mine. Iβm the one who loves you here. Not the world out there. They donβt factor in this. In what we share. Itβs time you realized that.β
βIβm thinking that we probably rushed into this relationship and weβre rushing into marriage too.β She held Papaβs eyes as she spoke. There were no shifting looks; just wet, sad eyes that conveyed the gravity of her words.
βAlice, whatβs happening to us right now is ephemeral. It will pass.β
βThen let it pass. Let the squall blow and the dust settle, and then we can think about us again. Right now, I sincerely cannot continue.β
Papa didnβt argue further. He let in a short bout of silence that ended with a thoughtful nod. βI understand. As you wish.β
Her face broke and fell into a fresh snivel. He pulled towards her and held her in a pacifying hug, her face pressed to his neck. She was comforted with gentle words which broke her further.
βI love you,β he said, βand Iβll be waiting for you.β
When he disengaged from her, she tugged him back for an intense kiss. Afterwards, she lay down and requested for a prayer.
He held her hand in his and stroked her fingers as he prayed, resting tender eyes on her.
βAmen,β she murmured when he was through. He bent over her for one last kiss. It was delivered in pauses. Between each gap, Papa whispered a message to her.
βGoodnight, Alice.β
In the living room, Wemimo and Tara were seated, watching something on television. They looked up at him curiously when he stepped out.
βRequest me an Uber, Wemi. Tara, get me a glass of freezing water.β
He sat. Wemimoβs eyes remained on him in a questioning look as she engaged in the activity of requesting an Uber taxi.
βThereβs one around,β she announced. βAbout two minutes.β
βThank you. Request in cash.β
βPlease, let this be on me, Papa. Iβm only too happy to be a blessing to you.β
He gave a cheerless smile. βThank you.β
Tara returned with a glass of water. She offered it to him.
βYour friend is going to tell you that weβre no longer together,β he stated. Both ladies stared at each other. βItβs the truth. Please, donβt scold her.β
βYou guys broke up?β Wemimo asked.
βYes.β
βI told Alice not to do this. I told her not to. Papa, please donβt take her seriously.β
βI am. Sheβs upset. Understandably.β
βItβs not serious, sir,β Tara remarked. βIt will come and pass. Just ignore her. Weβll talk sense into her.β
βNo, please, let her be. She needs to do this. She needs to be alone to sort out her feelings and grow a tough skin or else this relationship wonβt mean anything to her. She needs to fall in love with me, all on her own. So, let her be, no matter how long it takes. Sheβll come back to me.β
He chugged down his water.
βWeβre not happy, Papa,β Wemimo stated.
βNeither am I, but itβs fine.β
Wemimoβs phone rang.
βThe Uber is here.β
Papa stood. βHave a blessed evening, ladies.β
They walked him all the way to the gate and stood like two lost puppies as he got into the Uber and disappeared into the darkness.
βThat girl must be mad,β Wemimo said in annoyance, trudging back to the house. βSheβll hear it from me this night.β
Tara hurried after her. βYou heard Papa. Leave her.β
βI just want to talk to her.β
βLeave her, Wemi.β
βYou donβt understand.β Wemimo stopped. βPapaβs the best thing that ever happened to Alice. To me, too. Their relationship has given me hope that good can still come out of a shitty life. You donβt get a second chance like this. And yet sheβs throwing it away because of what exactly?! What stupid reputation is more important than a man like Papa?! Like let me just go in there and slap her head back to sense!β
βTotally unnecessary.β
βBut why is Alice doing like this? Ehn? Me, I think her village people just woke up from sleep o.β
Tara didnβt want to laugh, but she couldnβt help it, not when Wemimo meant every word she said. She burst into mirth, covering her mouth to stifle the sound.
βItβs not funny!β Wemimo continued towards the house. βIβll fast and pray for her. This is not ordinary at all! Nonsense and reputation!β
Tara fell into more laughter.

Sally, please can the book be released tomorrow? The suspense is too much.
You are brilliant and simply amazing.
So Sweet Like Sugar…Thanks Madam Sally, you Always Deliver.
The sharp contrast between Alice and Loveth ehn! Caring what people say cheats you out of getting the happiness you deserve. As long as God his happy with you, the only people that you owe are your loved ones.
That stunt you pulled with Papa you better not try it with a younger man. Although it seems like the Omotosho men are very patience. See how long Leye waited for Loveth.
Phoebe and Asher’s reunion though!
Counting down to July. Well done Sally
This episode is epic. Can July come any sooner? Mine the wait for the ebook I will be a killer. Thanks Sally you are an awesome writer. May you be blessed with more ideas.

This was a totally unexpected episode. As I opened up the Moskeda RSS Feed, I hoped against alll hope that it would be another episode and it turned out to be.
Alice in Wonderland. LOL! After actively targeting Papa and finally winning her prize, she chooses to decline. With Phoebe on the sidelines, who knows if Papa will be available when Alice returns to Planet Earth?
I’m hoping there’s another tale-twisting side to Asher. He sounds too good to be true.
Thank you once again Sally. This has been an awesome journey on here.
Seems everyone is revealing stuff now, with Papa and Love both doing their bit. Who knows if Leye also has a few things to reveal?
Phoebe getting to meet her ‘dead’ child is just wonderful. An absolutely wow moment. I like the kinda carriage you give Papa tho. The man just does like nothing matters (even when it’s eating him up), and I’ve seen lots of clergymen do this.
Alice has the slot she craved, I hope she won’t dangle it for someone else to snatch from her with this wahala wey she put herself (thinking of what has been said/written about her). Fact is no matter how hard you try, they will always have something to say.
See you in July when it time for LYE, the e-book. Before then, I go camp here to swallow everything wey you serve.
Seye how far with the Best man duty?
Ds whole episode gat me emosh ?? I love every bit of it, Phoebe only needs love and thank God she found it, everytyn appeared as if I was watching a movie…. Yhu are d best Sally! Pls make d ebook come fast… I can’t wait, God bless you
Finally, Leye and Papa mended the bridge. I hope Alice and Papa come back together, am beginning to love them together. Tara said she knows what she’s doing, I hope so. About what Leye said about Pastor’s’ children turning away from the faith, I can relate. Too much is expected of them, we forget they are humans as well. Thanks Sally for this story, patiently waiting for July. Oshe Mami!
This is a bomb Sally, just like real life. The challenges being faced by Men of God and especially their children.
Truth be told, Her village people have gotten her but she for no allow them na.
Awesome plot and keep it up Sally.
Oliver! Oliver! Oliver Twist!! ??
Anticipating the book ?
And you’ll get it!

Have a nice day, and hopefully July ending to read complete package of L,YE.
Love you too, bae
Awwww, so emotional
?βΊ
One reason am excited for the book is we get to read it all, no nerve wrecking wait for another episode.
Yup, Alice needs all that space and more sef, I wonder if Papa’s kind of wisdom is one of the perks of dating older men.
The ever calm Loveth, just like Papa, their calm is very calming to me sef. Phoebe can finally move on with her life
how can i continue to read to tame a virgin
Can’t wait to read the complete book.
Thank you sally!
Thank you, Jane
Asher and his mother reuniting is the what is going to spell doom in the Omotosho family. That dream Papa had, na Asher walahi! The boy cannot just be this good and well composed after all these years. Haba! He probably has this feeling of being cheated out of having a normal family life and abandonment. Let’s not forget hin mama resentment too.
Me think, Alice breaking up with papa is a good idea. She needs time to sort out her actual feelings and grow the thick skin for real. I only hope she doesn’t spend too long doing that(papa no too young again o) and that something doesn’t happen with her and Asher. This one Asher don de ask papa how fa.
Love needs to rest o, we don’t want them to loose another child. Twice for both of them. All this investigating business, sticking nose where they no call am, de form James Bond. Hmmm make they sha no harm am.
I just love love loveee Leye’s character. I’m happy he mended fences with his father.
*deepsigh* Now that we have read the last free episode, the wait for July de do me like say July na next year. I cannot wait mehn! God bless you Salz. you already know I heart you.
Hmmmm
Am seriously suspecting phoebe she might turn that boy again d omotosho
Well lets see how it goes
We ll be waiting #july
Papa is right. Alice needs to fall for him on her own. I m so glad Papa and Leye ‘s relationship is mending. Loveth, strongest weird woman
Sally, much love. thanks a lot

Please make it quick. Xoxo
Todd, Remember that little dirt bag that my daughter was dating? He was only 17, 15 piercings and 2 tattoos already, completely disrespectful, would sneak into our house at night and drink the beer in the fridge and treated her horribly. But first loves, we have all been there. She deserved better. I ordered the Split Them Up revenge spell and within a week he was gone. She caught him cheating on her with her friend. Needless to say she hasnβt spoken to either of them since. That was almost a year ago. She has moved on to a nice kid (still has piercings) but treats her well and that is all I ever want for her is to be happy and taken care of. Thanks again Dr. Todd for your job well done, e-mails:manifestspellcast@gmail. com or manifestspellcast@yahoo. com
